Automatic Call Return *69 – This feature allows you to automatically return the last incoming call, whether you answered or missed the call. Just pick up the receiver, listen for the tone, and dial *69. If the called party is busy, the system continues to try to make the connection until both parties are idle. $1.50
Call Forwarding – Automatically forwards all your incoming calls to another number (temporarily). You may still use your telephone for outgoing calls. $1.50
Caller ID – Allows customers to receive the calling party’s name and number, in addition to the date and time of the call. This feature is offered on a flat rate subscription basis to both residential and Business Group customers.

Call Waiting – Call Waiting lets you answer a second call while you’re using the phone. When you hear the tone, depress the hook switch or flash button on your telephone to go to the new caller. You are able to cancel this feature on a per call basis by dialing *70 prior to dialing the number.

Caller ID on Call Waiting – Similar to Call Waiting, this option will allow you top hear the call waiting tone, and the Caller ID box identifies the caller. You are able to go to the new caller if you wish, by depressing the hoos switch or flash button. You may cancel by dialing *70 prior to dialing your number. $2.00
Long Speed Dial (30) – Allows you to reach frequently called numbers, local or long distance, by dialing a two-digit code. You may program in up to 30 numbers by dialing 75# and when you hear the prompt, dial one of the speed codes (20-49) then the number you wish to set for that code, followed by the #. $2.50
Short Speed Dial (8) -Allows you to reach frequently called numbers, local or long distance, by dialing a one-digit code. You may program in up to 8 numbers by dialing 74# and when you hear the prompt, dial one of the speed codes (2-9) then the number you wish to set that code, followed by the #. $1.50
Three Way Calling – Allows you to add a third party, local or long distance; to your conversation. Use the hook switch or flash button to get a second dial tone to add on another caller. The three-way connection is completed after another hook switch tap. When one person hangs up, the other two may continue with their conversation. $1.50
Total Control with PIN -Callers from your telephone line are unable to dial long distance numbers unless they dial an authorization code first. The default PIN is 0000. To change your PIN, dial *97 and wait for the prompt. Then enter the old PIN (0000 if just starting), followed by the #, and receive the prompt again. Dial the new PIN number followed by #, prompt. Dial the new PIN number once again, followed by the #. The PIN number changes only if the two new PIN numbers entered match. Your PIN may be changed as often as you like. To place long distance calls, dial *13 and your 4 –digit PIN followed by the #. After the prompt dial 1+ the number. $1.50
Toll Restriction -Callers from your telephone line are unable to dial long distance numbers. $1.50
Voicemail -24-hour universally accessible voice messaging service. It will answer your telephone calls and allow callers to leave messages when you are unable to take calls. $4.00
